Principled atmosphere, high morale, empowerment as an individual contributing to a team effort. I appreciate that all doors are “open” with access to upper management, ownership.
Hobbies/Things you enjoy during your free time:
Motorcycling, home projects, reading, antiquing and St Louis Cardinal Baseball. Not necessarily in that order!
Favorite Food: Most Mexican, pumpkin pie, anything from Sharon or my mother.

Favorite Book: Anything by PG Wodehouse (Jeeves and Wooster). Any Western.
